Eric D. Walker is an accomplished litigator and trial attorney whose primary practice involves representing a wide range of clients before state and federal trial courts in civil litigation matters involving complex commercial, consumer law, contract disputes, negligence, toxic tort, construction defect, and utility property damage cases. Eric has a passion for creating and executing litigation plans focused on achieving client-driven results for individuals, small businesses, and large corporations. This client centered approach has led to a successful track-record of favorable trial verdicts for his clients, and helped him earn the designation of a Texas Super Lawyers 'Rising Star' six times, which is reserved for the top 2.5% of attorneys in Texas under the age of 40.

Prior to forming Kilmer Crosby & Walker PLLC, Eric was a shareholder at Crosby Walker PLLC, an associate in the litigation section of White & Wiggins, LLP, and in-house counsel for Valero Energy Corporation.
